He doesn't need to bother to try to hide it. Just hire a bunch of promoters - Look how many sheep "play" these junk stocks with no research whatsoever. They line em up, OTHM gives them a shearing and sends them on their way.
Take a look at this incompetence. They claim they are going to do an acquisition, but cannot even fill in a simple request form with OTC Markets to file Q2 late.
