That's from the family's private autopsy. The first time reading that i didn't understand it, and still don't.
More than one bullet in and out of the body several times? There are 9 wounds on that diagram. All in the
front. And how does one bullet cause at least 5 wounds, which would be five of the nine. I can't fathom that.

Particularly in light of the circumstances, seems to me release of the
results immediately they were available would have been prudent and fair.
Yep, "certainly gotta wonder about the initial official autopsy, critical evidence (that should be available)
from which is being withheld (and may have been destroyed or otherwise not have been kept/exist)".
And the body lying in the street for almost 5 hours sounds ridiculously
grotesque and negligent. Which fits with the totality of the whole sordid killing.
