There is no way to tell until after the courts Sept. 5th decision. The IR Dept. at USU doesn't even know and if they did, they could not legally comment.
I will wait until after it starts trading after "new" shares have been issued and we won't know that for awhile, in my opinion.
Bondholders get paid first and they are not ecstatic about the plan, but what choice do they even have.
