40607 is re oilphants whereabouts and reports, certainly on topic, but admittedly with a dash of humor

40926 is re ERHE BOD and attacks of same by Meridian, thus on topic

40935 is re ERHE BOD and attacks of same by Meridian, thus on topic

41063 is re ERHE BOD and attacks of same by Meridian and his crazy suggestion our BOD has false credentials.
