99. Is this all I will receive, I thought I would receive (any named amount)?
The claims, including the LBHI Class 3 Senior Unsecured claims, will be paid over time and
distributions will be made semi-annually on or around March 30th and September 30th in
accordance with the terms of the Plan. The payment received is one installment and not the total
distribution you will ultimately receive.

101. How can I determine what Plan Class my security is in and what my total recovery will be?
