11. How much will I receive when you make distributions?
The Debtors intend to file a notice with the Bankruptcy Court listing all the distribution
percentages for each Debtor and class of claims prior to each distribution. Prior notices can be
found on www.lehman-docket.com.
12. When is the next distribution?
The next distribution is expected to be made on April 3, 2014 to holders of allowed claims that
have submitted the required tax forms as well as the OFAC Certification form (which is a
certification form consistent with the requirements of the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the
U.S. Department of the Treasury).
13. Who will be making the distributions?
Depending on your type of claim, actual payments will be made by either the Plan Administrator,
Epiq Systems as the distribution agent for the Plan Administrator, your broker or indenture
trustee.

Hey Robigus - not sure but it sure looks like an interesting change nonetheless! There must have been a reason in their minds to add the possibility of payment by the indenture trustee IMO!

But they're saying the distribution goes to people that filed tax forms. I didn't file a freaking tax form.
