ya i don't know what he is talking about...

http://www.bizjournals.com/triad/news/2014/07/30/lorillard-profits-drop-in-second-quarter-amid.html?page=all

i guess you have to put it all in perspective, blucigs lost money this quarter as well, so that does confirm VPCO officers' thesis of e-cig saturation in this case. i suppose its possible that everybody could have had a bad quarter in this case...

i suppose if you believe in vaping as the future, then makes sense to hang on. 2015 regulations are the next big pill to swallow for the year. i do believe that if regulations are reasonable, the people that will be bought out in the future will be the people that carpet bomb the market with kiosks and vape shops. they really are popping up everywhere.

just a thought, maybe it makes sense to buy the juice manufacturers up that private label for all the other vape shops, create a vertically-integrated beast (johnson creek, nicvape, etc.)

I was wondering the same thing about IVG. I love the Vapor Fi brand, but beyond that and the great reviews of South Coast I know little else. With IVG pulling in $15 mil in rev last year, almost 60% of VPCO's total last year of $26 mil, I would assume that VPCO could only pull off the acquisition if IVG had a lot of debt, but as IVG is private I have no idea.

There is a Stock, I believe it is German, with the Symbol IVG, but it is completely unrelated. That stock, was acquired, but I have no idea how much it had gone up before that. Perhaps this guy is just uninformed and confused the two companies.
