I believe the cop should be charged but I don't think anything will happen to him except a long paid vacation plus a disability pension for PTSD.

Yeah, i was ignoring what happened in and around the car, whatever, because it really has no bearing on the circumstance at the time of the killing .. and as far
as i know constitutionally there are two grounds for legally killing another .. the cop had to be afraid for his own life, or for that of of another innocent party .. that's it ..
