and i'll be damned how the cop at the time he killed Brown could have been afraid for his own life, and/or for the life of another innocent party .. as far as i know either of those two situations are crucial in considering the legality, or not, of the killing ..
SoxFan -- yup, see that that has now been, umm, clarified (including in that story, updated since I excerpted from it) -- reporting I'd seen between that post and my earlier http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=105347259 stated/repeated the opposite assertion, that the shooter cop had been aware of and was responding in re the robbery -- which was, of course, never exactly consistent with the statements/reporting from the start that the stop had been about walking in the street
