The merger wasn't close the fillings were from June 30th 2014 can't put signifi in it if they haven't merged yet. Not July or 30th or August. So
There is that signifi could very well have merged and we could see wayne at the event tomorrow.. Guy is getting old he wants to have consistent money now$$$$ UNGS LONG!!! no doubt .
