The 1st publicly traded Bitcoin Miner, $MELY... Microelectronics Technology Inc., today August 14th 2014 officially added 100 TH/s servers to their Open-Pool Bitcoin mining configuration at..... btcpoolparty.com

This is only (Phase 1) for the Microelectronics, as they plan to further their operation by adding additional servers (up to 1800 TH/s servers within 1 year) to their pool. Here is their most recent Press Release....

There are rumors that another company BitFury wants the recognition of being the 1st publicly traded bitcoin mining stock and debut an IPO sometime in 2015, but unfortunately $MELY beat them to it.
