When the executives of your company refuse a biweekly salary in leiu of shares of stock, I can only think that this can be positive news. I wish I were in their shoes. They will make out like bandits in the next 2-4 years.

If I were you I'd think about what your plan will be once the merge is announced. I'll bet things are going to be crazy and indecisive investors will be left in the dust.
