That's true as far as it goes, but this is, to my eye, a bounce area. Couple being on the bollie with all the oversold signals and the fact that stoch RSI was 0 the last few days and is slightly up (to 13 now), and I'd say this is the bounce area.
EMV is -3.59, and the last time it was anywhere so negative (oversold) was June 11-12, and the stock rebounded sharply from there.
