Sorry Bodie was paid off last year. They took their shares and sold them. They came back months later asking for more. LOL they are going to get fried next summer 2015 if they are even still around with their stupid complaint

CJ - another exceptional example of where folks ought to read the complaint and do their own DD, without relying on someone's interpretation, particularly anyone not a lawyer or well versed in these issues. Clearly the court did not find the complaint 'stupid'.....Thanks so much!
