This isn't a company that should be worth ~ 10MM in MC. I think bidders are just waiting to see if they can pick up cheap shares from the flippers.
Total intellectual property and alpha collectively at an extreme discount puts this at a 50MM MC if they sold everything. The lull in the price action may present an opportunity for shaking cheap shares but it has nothing to do with true valuation, low Bidders may end up losing out
