Paulness: The Microsoft news is interesting. Bill Gates has become more and more involved in worldwide health issues through his Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. He's donated millions and millions toward the development of treatments/vaccines against malaria, TB and other world health problems. He might also sense that Microsoft has grown as much as it can in the computer world, and that an entry into the medical world gives it an opportunity for further growth. Who knows? But it is interesting. Another 900 pound gorilla to help fund and develop drugs.
