The only difference between the PR headline (meets primary endpoints) and the statement in the text (believes it has met endpoints and objectives) is the addition of the word "objectives." Are you saying because they said objectives they must then modify the statement from unequivocal to equivocal with "Believes?"
If true...That seems like something so lawyerly and over the head of the average investor (most bi-peds) they would have been better off just sticking with the headline and saying they would meet with the FDA to pursue the next step when they get results.
This is academic anyway since its a done deal and nothing will change it.
