until mid-March. Now they have their computers, contacts, etc. We could see charges before next week's court date "if" there is anything to your claims. And FINRA aided in the investigation.

But you mentioned Huffman was going to bring it up. Just giving a heads up. The deadline is today. I would like to see the evidence......if true. I like it when bad guys get in trouble.

He didn't fail to disclose, there was a PR late last yr that he reduced OS fron 2b down to 1b, hence the court case for the 1b.

I believe the 1b shares in court is included in the 1.6b recent disclosure. They would have to be as long as their outcome remains undecided.

I guess I could be wrong, and would be highly surprised if those 1b shares in court are not included in filings.
