I agree they will use them , like all these pennies do. Moving it up by 5 billion, is huge. There would be no reason for the increase, if they, did not plan to sell shares. What they are buying with the revenues is a good question. Or is it just for payroll. I suspect some news must be coming. I do not see a whole lot of buying based on a A/S increase. Doubtful QASP management wants this to go to much lower.
