Yep, the FBI seized not only their assets but electronics. They will know how they called, emailed, texted, etc. With FINRA blue sheets, they have all the trade records of everyone who traded the stocks. Think they were the only ones creating wash trades in QASP? With that nice list filed on June 25, 2014 there were 1.1 billion reasons to create wash trades. I highly doubt he was the only one doing wash trades.
