As noted in #msg-105011951, the talk in Washington re blocking new tax inversions became more threatening now that the US Treasury is thinking of taking action without Congressional approval.
p.s. I predict that no additional large companies—e.g. PFE—will do a tax inversion amid the stepped-up threats from the US government.
