Why do you fear that? A buyout at 1.5 x revs would give us $23.81 / share. I think everyone on this board would take that in a heartbeat right this second. I know I certainly would.
That would give Brad and Cory roughly $11-13 million each. Frost and Arnold would walk away with $20+ million.
