It is so clear and direct in the POR that the distribution is a pro-rata of all available cash until satisfied in full.. Where is the brain??

Well another technicality exists in that 10B perhaps isn't really an unsecured creditor at all because it is secured/backed by tangible assets which is the bond instrument..Hmmmmm
