Thanks for sending that email MC, which benefits all of DKGR shareholders.

I would expect a reply, unless certain info is illegal for a corporation to release. If that is the case, they should answer what is legal to answer, and explain why certain things can't be answered.
If you get no reply at all, I for one, would be surprised and very disappointed. That would speak volumes though.

Aside from that, for me, Aug 15 is crunch time. If the Q2 report comes on time, profit or loss, I'm here. If not, different story.

Please correct me if I am wrong, but when you were working for DKGR and Clay Timmy Smith was the CEO, transparency, communication and honesty were DKGR core values. It would appear that things have changed, and not for the better, since you, Clay Timmy and DKGR parted company.

Asked the same type questions over the last week and got responses from every one.


Said it wasn't them dumping and asked why I would assume it was.


Told them that was their pattern.


Asked about the money being collected from the shorts but did not give a straight answer.

Suggested they buyback some shares then dump at a higher price to make 'us' some money.

Said some off colour things as well which seemed to trigger negative responses.

They(whoever responded) were very standoffish and pretty much said don't expect much as they are not an established company.

They would not buyback shares to appease the shareholder's.


Told me to take a hike and that they would not respond to my e-mails anymore.



I did not post everything on this board that was discussed.

But I did hit a nerve intentionally.

Hopefully they will learn from it.
