....they will make the best of what is left and, if it exceeds creditors and a base CAP, there will be some tens to possibly a couple hundred million distributed to equities (preferred, including TPS and commons). There was a smoking gun, in fact it was a howitzer; it didn't matter. It is done. When it finally ends, those that keep stating that Susman 'has it, and laude him and his career, and for keeping it secret all the time, will turn in wrath and cascade down on him like you have never seen. Undeserved. IMO.
