A Reverse Split of 1:20 (100,000,000 new shares) will make sense when IDenta is earning a profit of at least $2 million.
Then earnings will be 2cents/share. But not when there are zero earnings.
Likewise, releasing sales and profit figures only makes sense when the numbers are really strong.
Hopefully soon.

The memorandum adds to two previously reported activities, the signing of Venable LLC, www.venable.com, to represent the company's Federal Government lobbying program, and the signing of an agreement with APH Group, www.APHGroup.us, to lead IDenta's expansion into the U.S. civilian marketplace.

2. Made a presentation at the Law Enforcement Caucus on Capital Hill.

3. Made a presentation at the Methamphetamine Caucus on Capital Hill.

HI Midas Remember when l said this stock could have a good run up to .25 or even higher and even mentioned 1.00 and you did not think it was possible with all those S/O. Please keep in mind that the Float is about 400 million. Now l found a company with about 1.4 billion S/O trading at about 5.50. Now you do the math about 3.00 for us. But that company the stock has really turned over. There market is smaller than ours they are limited. They have radios for cars. I dont know much about it. Only that we have a better product. And l am sure most of there 1.4 is in the float. This is the closest that l can come to compare apples with apples. If you want l will post the symbol. So you can see and compare you might know it. I think its a product for all cars in the world.
