As stated in the last quarterly report "during the quarter ended March 31, 2014, the holders of these notes converted the entire outstanding principal balance of $78,112 into 3,889,071 shares of the Company's common stock."
Do the math, someone just got those shares for two cents each, and they are probably eager to dump them!
It is always best to dump shares into an increasing pps, so a bit of wash trading to attract the momo players may have been what happened today. I am not sure why a company with almost no assets and almost no revenue with a market cap of $94 million would start to move up on volume with no news unless the move is manipulated.
