You just don't approve of money laundering HYIP schemes, and other forms of fraud.. Is that old-fashioned of you? Yes, I don't either but there is no evidence that DOM has ever been invovled in money laundering, HYIP schemes, or other forms of fraud. Those are only theories, never proven in any court of law.

So, just because a few companies incorporated in DOM got in trouble with the SEC makes all DOM companies bad? "Yes", you will say, but by the same logic every company incorporated in Nevada must be bad because there have been a hell of a lot more scams involving Nevada companies than DOM companies.
Remember PAIM was never incorporated in DOM and has never gotten into any trouble.
"Beats me. Plenty of other authorities have done." OK, please give me one official web site of any official government that says that DOM is a criminal organization.
