A "local top" means that my best current guess is that the high print of today is above yesterday's high and above tomorrow's high.

In edit, and because the bump lacks any conviction, I just took few positions off here, QLGC went at $47.75, for pennies, CCMP at $44 even, EXPE at $71.69 for another $.34, the double position of JCOM at $37.42, a gain of $.42 and a loss of $.33, more or less erven.. and last ATYT went at $7.12 for just a dime.
