I wouldn't put too much emphasis on what Kelly says. In my communication with her over the past year or so, which I've sent out in my mailings, she made numerous exuberant statements indicating things which should have happened by now, but obviously haven't.
The fact that she was in the office actually surprised me though, so let's take that as a sign. ;-)
