Bush has been cleaning out, purging voices in the power echelon, that do not GOOSESTEP with this policy----the biggest change from Clinton to Bush, is that Bush has entrenched, fortified and moved to permatize the Shadow Government such that members need to be hardcore neo-con fascist tobe accepted, be they Democrat or Republican.
