There is no dilution. The company has only one note outstanding for $50k and it does not mature until Jan 2015. The company has ZERO other debts. Its a super clean company. Check their latest filing for more info, and you can also see on page 9 there is only one debt for $50k. It does not get much cleaner than this in OTC land.
