That opens Neomedia up for a lawsuit by shareholders, should a shareholder think they could retrieve money from Neomedia.

Most likely the reason they replaced their auditors a couple weeks ago. But the debenture valuation is below the line anyway. Not that its not important for reporting purposes...but these numbers can swing millions in one quarter depending on the market. So they need to be restated.
