Just checked with the state and was told they have permission to bring stuff up including treasure. The state gets 20% of the value and Seafarer gets 80%. Your statement makes no sence.

YES, w this permit we get to keep 80% of anything brought up.

Again, anyone can call them. Numbers are on the pr, if they don't believe what we are telling them, and find out for themselves.

I always new that it will take the company to find trasure for the PPS to go up this time seeing that there has been little sucsess from the last two sites.



and I will be here when today is that day also!

they have no full fledged recovery permit...its an archaeology permit,they can bring some things up for identification etc. to determine what exactly the site is/holds etc and come up with a game plan...until then the state isn't satisfied and no full salvage permit coming at this time
