I think that is what the person putting converted shares into the market thinks or he would back off and let it go big. He knows there is so much stock available to convert that the best thing he can do is keep his finger on the sell button

and he is doing just that.

I wonder if there will be an after market print to show what was sold since he cleared the 750,000 at .0108
