Hopefully the sale of APT's headquarters one day will get them out from under the millions they surely still owe on it. An audit would show how much that is along with whether they're behind in payments and whether the building has other liens against it. Of course APT didn't even give another projected date for publishing this audit after missing 3 in a row.

Ha! that "blighted" location they're in is turning into a Jewel!!
