I think if we can beat apple the sky is the limit. But the hard part is beating apple. Even with the markman and IPR in our favor...somehow I just can't shake the feeling that apple is going to come out on top...let's hope we're david!

The fact that these companies market their smartphones on the basis of this feature has to be a huge advantage from a damages perspective.
