Am I understanding correctly that EWSI management issues shares to themselves and lenders or other interested parties at huge discounts i.e. .00005 a share and then can turn right around and sell those same shares at a later date for .005X or whatever the current price is?
If I am understanding this correctly, that appears to be one heck of a massive loophole that continually attracts fraudsters to list on the OTC, no?
