I don't think anyone needs to shoulder the blame. Problems are encountered in EVERY construction in the world. I challenge any one of you saying blame needs to be placed to show me a project of this size that has had no problems to overcome. YOU CAN'T. Twangiza had problems. It is part of any project. If Namoya was a total disaster, that would be one thing. There would be no mining done. The company has CLEARLY stated Namoya IS PRODUCING gold at this time!! you guys, those of you who think there should be blame for Namoyas progress, are being totally unreasonable.
