Yes in feb they announced that. What's to say they haven't dumped all those shares already? I mean the Washington hype only ran to .0030s when Colorado was 5m a/s and it ran to .0060s? Duh lol.. Now all they have to do like you said is actually acquire something and bang!! Yes they haven't acquired anything yet but this industry is barely getting started. Transactions like these never happened before therefor it isn't has easy and fast as a traditional acquisition.
