I don't know of any others that have approval for zoning...ENRT is a super bargain at the current PPS...Jmho..this latest news much bigger than it appears
It's prudent to get local approval even if it's not part of the law. Why enter a community where you're not 100% welcomed? There's other spaces to grow... pick one where they want you.
From speaking to management, it sounds like this community is gung ho on Enertopia building a facility there. We're gonna rock and roll very soon, make sure you've got all the tickets to this party you can get.
