Why worry about who is buying shares where?? ART is coming and it matters not what the PPS is prior.

The previous advice was buy below .115. Worked out quite well for those of us that listened. The same will be said of buying below .35 as well!! My .07 shares are looking phenomenal right now and more gains headed our way.
