If they want to even sell their ownership to these guys!!

A take over or make PEIX sell to a third party to make even more money makes more sense!!

If not PEIX will pay these guys MEGA money for those 9% shares!!

9% of profit of say $30 million per quarter = $2.7million x 4 say $12 million a year!!


So that 9% could cost them $50-150 million!!!


Work with Shell for total buyout of $1.5 billion!! Looking better each day!!

Say $50-60.00 a share!!!
