While doing an offering at $20 is fine, it may not be needed. Q2 will be telling. Also, one nice settlement with apple could bring a nice cash chest. I have a feeling dynamic will enter mediation with apple soon based on the fact that recently, all is going Dynamics way. Then there is a new source of revenue - OPUS. I trust whatever management does it will bring value to shareholders since they are the biggest holders.
