I think they are trying to stall time on the financials so they will be released in September/November when the restricted shares are let loose . Either that or they didn't have the money to pay for the audit in the first place which also makes since. And then if this court ruling on Monster Moto doesn't go their way that could be a huge hit as well attorney fees and court costs. And maybe possible damages. Nothing is a sure thing in the court of law look at o j Simpson.
