Based on the SEC filing(s) then, is it safe to assume the five Directors listed represent the complete Board? We know McArthur and Parks are with Riverwood. Does anyone (Sewer Gas need not respond) know anything about either David Wong or Peter Black? I am fairly certain Pictet does NOT have any representation.
