You only lose when you sell.

Before they had the lawyers there were quick to publish stuff. Since they got them they haven't released any news. Maybe the lawyers are telling them to be quiet.

Plus, someone said it earlier, but being down graded to pinks and greys like this helps who their case against IR and how they drove them down. I see this working out. The only reason they lost that last time is cause the judge didn't have jurisdiction. Why people look at that as a win is beyond me.

It's gonna be crazy with so many people giving up and selling out then this fly. 25 million for damages, so if they win how much will each pps go up with 25 mil added? This can literally happen over night.

Also, stay positive. Something is weird. Especially since last night the NASDAQ site had after hour data posted for NEWL. Not much but it did. It doesn't with any other pinks that I have had in the past. The board meeting is today. Then NASDAQ still has 30 days to make a decision. Though they are delisted, I think that's only for public use, I think they are still on the rosters like on the disable list in baseball.

Exciting times to come and it might pay to stick it out. Really, what's the worse that can happen now?? I was planning on selling at $5 when it opened and didn't even get a chance with it going straight to $2! How can they do that? But now I might as well see how it plays out.
