We have to look at the company and the history of them to really realize there is no way it was them.
1) like OG mentioned they haven't paid for half their PRs this year, why would they go and spend $5.5k to promote their stock.
2) if you even bring up stock price, or shares to the CEO Fred, he will tell you he doesn't want to talk about it. He'll answer questions about the mines, and mining, but he WILL NOT talk about the stock.
So I really doubt he would pay for a promotion so people would recognize his stock.
