A RS in pink land is literally the kiss of death. It'll cause selling, not buying. No pink stink CEO will announce a RS without pumping the hell out of the stock first so he can dump shares. And when the shares are gone, THEN the RS announcement comes. The volume we see here is shares being traded to the new entity. Look at the time and sales.
