Yeah, I know. I actually wrote IR about it (never heard back), telling IR to pass along to mgmt. the suggestion that this stock wants to go much higher on valuation and to wait til then to cash in.
But, regardless of whether retail investors are put off by it, the institutions obviously love the extra liquidity and have been taking the stock higher and higher and higher since Rose first started unloading a massive number of shares at $30 and in the $40s, $50s, $60s, $70s and now $80s. It just keeps going higher, regardless of whether he or the other longtime insider-owners of REX sell or not.
This tells me that Big Money doesn't see a problem with this so neither should I.
Anyone who sold REX months ago b/c of "insider selling" has obviously lost out on lots of profits! That's why I'm not selling now.
